I hereby confirm that, I authorize Voyage Trip Planner and its Partners to charge the above Debit/Credit Card against the purchase of my flight tickets/ hotel/ holiday package,

Furthermore; I understand that:

I have approved this transaction and will hold Voyage Trip Planner innocuous with respect to these instructions. I don’t have any concern if my card is charged in multiple splits as long as the total amount remains equal as authorized above.

I have been well-versed about the transaction split and I will not claim any transaction back made by Voyage Trip Planner and /or its partners for the above authorized amount.

I have been informed about the last-minute changes which may arise due to bad weather or various whys and wherefores and I shall not claim the transaction back in such situation.

I have been conversant about the transit visa / passport requirements and I will be solely responsible if I am not permitted to travel because of the lack of any documents and Voyage Trip Planner or its partners will hold inoffensive. Voyage Trip Planner will charge the card after receiving the particulars over the phone with voice recording & consent.

NOTE: Once the payment is confirmed and flight tickets/ travel vouchers are issued, passenger is liable & legally responsible to pay applicable change fee /cancellation fee for any modification.
